I definitely feel that one of the reasons why people find it hard to live a healthy and well lifestyle is because there is too much noise out there, which is why I love this image. Collate all of the data on the things which increase and decrease cancer risk and you get the same 5 messages which we’ve always known were true. As is so often the case, it’s the simple things which matter most.
